RECERTIFICATION APPLICATION
Your Fitness Mentors CPT Certification expires two years from the date of successfully passing your CPT Exam. To renew your certification you are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education (2.0 CEUs). You can view our CEU Courses at the Continuing Education link in the menu or by clicking here.
Once your CEUs have been attained submit the application below and purchase the $99 certification renewal you are redirected to. We will reach out via email to request your proof of CEUs certificate given to you by your course provider.
