As soon as you join, your trainers will get access to hours of training materials around topics like: handling objections, how to sell clients on online personal training, as well as tools like lead generation and sales templates, and KPI tracking worksheets you can refer back to any time.
Each week, your dedicated coach will meet with your team to ensure you're consistently moving toward your revenue goals. Oftentimes this will be with your Personal Training Manager, but we're also happy to include members of your training staff. The topics each week will vary depending on the plan we develop for you.
Part of our customizable process we guide you through includes the blueprint, and necessary tools, to set up a lead generation and tracking infrastructure on social media, convert those leads into clients, and have visibility on weak points in the system.
Because every gym and business is unique, we require an introductory call to learn more about you, your business, and your aspirations before we make any agreement to work together. Then, if we believe we’re the best fit to help you after our call, we’ll follow-up with next steps.
